As Real Estate Lead – Germany you will be responsible for strategic initiatives, projects, and business development in Germany.
Your Main Tasks:
Strategic Planning & Controlling: You implement strategic goals with European and global management.
Leadership & Mentoring: You lead the Business Development team.
Quality Assurance & Innovation: You implement quality assurance measures.
Communication: You communicate excellently in German (C2) and English (C2).
Marketing & Networking: You work with the global marketing team and represent us at events.
Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten
You have over 10 years of experience in project development and strategic planning in the solar energy sector.
You bring proven innovation capabilities.
You possess strong leadership and mentoring skills.
You have expertise in data analysis and quality assurance.
You have excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
You speak fluent German (C2) and English (C2).
